Prior to joining Initium, Camille served five years as a COPE Health Scholar in Riverside Community Hospital where she focused on providing quality direct patient care and also on workforce development within their leadership team.

Currently, Camille focuses on recruitment coordination and employee development. In addition, she provides support to the management team and staff, ensuring that the mission and vision of Initium is upheld. As part of the Human Resources Department, Camille's mission is to provide quality opportunity to all employees by promoting personal and professional development. She believes that accountability, effective communication, and a relentless work ethic are the integral cogs to any successful business.
