Cole Mitro

Company President- San Diego, CA

Cole Mitro was born and raised in Mission Viejo, Calif. He was passionate about sports growing up- he practically lived on the baseball diamond and he played football and basketball in between baseball seasons. In high school, Cole was inspired by his father’s musical talents, so he decided to try his hand at music. He learned to play the viola and played for five years. To this day, Cole still enjoys music, and he plays every so often.

After high school, Cole  studied at Saddleback College and transferred to the University of San Diego California where he studied Economics and Communications. There he continued his collegiate baseball career while juggling his studies and the search for a good employment opportunity. With a tight schedule, he found the pursuit to be quite difficult and decided to start a travel baseball team of his own. The “Las Flores Tigers” started out as a single 14 and under team and quickly spread into multiple age group teams making it a successful travel baseball franchise. This unexpected transition confirmed his hunger to coach and help develop others.

Soon after his studies, Cole sold the franchise and decided to venture out into the business world and put his entrepreneurial spirit to work. He began searching for a career with a fun, growing, and competitive environment that could stretch and challenge his potential. After practically looking everywhere he finally came across Fenix Consulting Group. Shortly after meeting the team, he fell in love with the company culture and was excited about the many opportunities available to him.

Fueled by his passion to coach and lead others, he was then promoted to assistant manager a year and a half later. Today Cole is on track to take on the San Diego market and  remains excited about continually growing and developing his leadership skills.

In his free time he loves to relax with his loved ones including his newborn baby girl, Camryn. He enjoys being out on the golf course whenever possible, and of course… playing in his fantasy baseball and football leagues!
